Mbuni is a highly reputable company that specializes in manufacturing, supplying, and distributing a wide range of hypoallergenic ostrich pet treats and hydrolyzed ostrich powder. With our extensive experience and expertise in the industry, we have established ourselves as a trusted provider of these premium products.

Mbuni was founded in 2016 when we identified the need for healthier and tastier pet treats. We decided to start this venture after farming ostriches for over 20 years.

Our facility is situated in Magaliesburg, in the Gauteng province of South Africa. Our facility is export approved and maintains the highest food safety standards. Regular microbiological testing ensures that we only deliver premium quality pet treats. We are able to trace any pet treat manufactured in our plant from the shelve all the way to the farm of origin. 
 
Our abattoir and deboning plant is situated in Roedthan, Limpopo. The facility adheres to the highest food safety standards and legislative requirements and this has enabled us to maintain European export approval.
 
Our farms, abattoir and deboning facility is the only registered closed ostrich compartment in South Africa, giving us control of the entire process from start to finish - furthering our ability to produce the best quality pet treats in the market.
